This build v0.1.1 fixes the following bugs in the demo:

- Issue where players were not able to enter name on game over even if their score was in the top ten. This only occurred when the player ran out of credits (which is an automatic game over).

- Issue where players could navigate back to the letter selection nodes from the "ok" button in the name entry dialog screen.

This build also added some more general polish with the following:

- Updated the flash on enemy getting hit so the flash triggers more readily even with rapid fire hits.

- Updated font colouring and shadows on name entry dialog screen to be consistent with the rest of the UI
